Available Positions
1. Assistant / Associate Manager Planning (BioPharma)
Location: Karachi Plant (Port Qasim)

Job Scope:
- Manage and update SAP master data, production/process orders, and production planning records in line with the approved production plan.
- Develop and monitor weekly production schedules based on demand, material availability, production capacity, and changeover optimization, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions for schedule variances.
- Coordinate with Procurement, QA, QC, Production, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely material availability, release of materials and products, uninterrupted manufacturing, and on-time product availability.
- Coordinate with contract manufacturing partners to align production plans, material requirements, manufacturing progress, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare production planning reports covering plan conformance, capacity utilization, downtime/MTM analysis, and productivity, while driving continuous improvement in planning accuracy, inventory, resource utilization, and overall supply chain performance.
Job Specification:
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience.
- Qualification: Engineering, M.Sc., or MBA in Supply Chain.
- Skills: Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, data analysis, weekly scheduling, Power BI, and dashboards.
2. Assistant / Associate Manager Planning
Location: Lahore

Job Scope:
- Ensure plan conformance for plants and prepare weekly production schedules based on product priorities and material availability, including creation of production orders.
- Coordinate daily with procurement for material availability and product priorities, and with quality for timely material and product release.
- Prepare weekly plan conformance and monthly reports on plan conformance and capacity utilization.
- Prepare daily downtime reports with MTM summaries.
- Act as a bridge between head office and plant teams and coordinate with toll partners.
Job Specification:
- Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of experience required.
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree; preferably MBA in Supply Chain.
- Skills: Knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, data analysis, and weekly scheduling.
3. Lead / Senior Lead Manager Quality Assurance
Location: Karachi Plant (SITE)

Job Scope:
- Ensure manufacturing, packaging, and IPC activities comply with approved SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage IPC operations, including staff planning, training, timely documentation, and coordination with Production and other departments.
- Investigate deviations, OOS/OOT results, implement CAPA, and ensure timely closure of quality-related actions.
- Lead toll manufacturing quality activities, including partner audits, documentation compliance, GMP adherence, agreed specifications, and technical/commercial agreements.
- Conduct compliance meetings, respond to audit observations, identify gaps, and ensure effective CAPA follow-up and closure.
- Develop and maintain the Validation Master Plan, ensuring validation systems remain inspection-ready and representing the Validation function during regulatory audits.
- Lead and manage validation activities by developing, implementing, and maintaining the company-wide Validation Master Plan, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining validation systems in an inspection-ready state, and representing the Validation function during regulatory audits.
Job Specifications:
- Experience: 10 – 12 years of relevant experience.
- Qualification: Pharm-D or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills.
