Job Description:

As a Junior Executive in Customer Relations, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience across Toyota’s dealership network. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in data analysis, project management, and cross-functional coordination while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor all cross-functional Toyota standardization activities at dealerships and ensure timely implementation.
• Plan and organize cross-functional training programs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and executive summaries for management.
• Coordinate Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey projects and analyze performance trends.
• Plan and conduct cross-functional audits, monitor findings, and ensure timely closure of action plans.
• Organize and manage dealership skill contests and related evaluations.
• Analyze business data and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with Toyota standards and company policies.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Dashboard & Analytical Reporting.
• Core Competencies: Project & Stakeholder Management, Communication & Presentation, Event Management, Planning & Problem Solving.
• Strong understanding of customer relations principles is essential for driving satisfaction and loyalty .
