Available Positions

1. Key Account Manager (Nephrology)

Locations: Karachi, Quetta, Sukkur, Multan, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, and Peshawar

Qualification: Pharm D / Bachelor Degree (Science graduate preferred); MBA would be an added advantage
Experience: Minimum 4 years in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in Nephrology or Urology specialty

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key nephrology stakeholders, including KOLs and hospital decision-makers.
• Drive sales growth of nephrology products in assigned territory/accounts.
• Identify business opportunities and develop account plans aligned with brand strategy.
• Strong understanding of autoimmune diseases and kidney treatment pathways.
• Engage and influence Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Kidney centers.
• Collaborate with medical affairs, marketing, and market access teams for account growth.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends in nephrology specialty.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in pharmaceutical promotion.
• Maintain accurate reporting of account activities, sales forecasts, and pipeline.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience managing key accounts or institutional sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive account performance.
• Understanding of hospital procurement processes, tender management, and market access principles.

2. Assistant Manager Billing & Invoicing

Location: Karachi
Qualification: Minimum ACCA/ACMA (qualified/part qualified) or MBA
Experience: 4-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in supply chain billing

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the supply chain billing from vendors and ensure correct recording as per purchase orders issued .
• Support in the implementation of Digitization projects for Invoice management .
• Prepare and present management reports elaborating open orders, advances, liabilities, etc. .
• Perform system audits .
• Issue debit notes on rejections, penalties, and short supplies .
• Process advance payments for projects, raw & packaging material, and non-inventory purchases .
• Timely settlement of advances.
• Monitor supplies and QC inspection releases.
• Daily correspondence on import API’s strategic vendor supplies and with finance for timely remittance .

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP .
• Understanding of basic accounting and payable processes .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills .

3. Creative AI & Motion Artist

Location: Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences or a relevant field from an HEC recognized university
Experience: 3–5 years in motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D/3D animation and Generative AI video outputs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, model, and animate high-fidelity 2D and 3D compositions for promotional and marketing campaigns.
• Develop engaging visual storytelling for healthcare and pharmaceutical communications.
• Leverage Generative AI video and image tools to prototype, enhance, and generate hyper-realistic visual assets.
• Model and render hyper-realistic 3D assets using Cinema 4D and Blender.
• Experiment with emerging AI models and production pipelines.
• Build and organize a library of 3D assets, textures, AI prompts, and creative concepts.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as LTX Studio, Veo, Runway, Midjourney, and ComfyUI.
• Experience with ZBrush, Maya, Unreal Engine, or Houdini is an added advantage.
• Strong visual sense with an understanding of composition, framing, and pacing.
• Expertise in photorealistic texturing and lighting.
• Strong curiosity and passion for Generative AI and emerging technologies.
• Ability to deliver highly optimized creative assets while meeting tight deadlines.
