Position Available

Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO)

Location: Head Office, Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field
Experience: 20+ years’ supply chain experience, including 8+ years in executive leadership

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supply chain, sourcing, procurement, and production operations in line with business objectives.
• Drive capacity planning, operational strategy, ERP/digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Execute seasonal collection launches to ensure 100% on-time, simultaneous product availability across all retail and distribution channels nationwide in Pakistan.
• Oversee multi-site apparel and sweater production, including knitting, linking, washing, finishing, and quality assurance.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and TQM to improve productivity, capacity utilization, and reduce waste.
• Fulfill top-management sales targets by aligning production capacity, material pipelines, and operational execution to hit 100% of revenue goals.
• Enforce strict quality assurance, environmental standards, and labor compliance across all multi-site production and store operations.
