Available Positions


1. Costing Analyst
Qualification: MBA – Finance from a reputable university
Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven experience in cost accounting or financial evaluation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze production, material, labor, and overhead costs to ensure accurate cost allocation.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analyses to identify inefficiencies.
  • Track and report cost fluctuations, highlighting potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing cost budgets and forecasts based on historical trends and business objectives.
  • Work with finance and operations teams to develop cost estimates for new products or projects.
  • Monitor actual costs versus budgeted figures and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Calculate and maintain standard product costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
  • Provide cost inputs for pricing decisions and profitability analysis.
  • Support new product development by estimating and analyzing projected costs.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly cost variance analysis and identify key cost drivers.
  • Investigate cost deviations and recommend corrective actions to improve cost efficiency.
  • Assist in implementing cost control initiatives and process improvements.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of standard costing, activity-based costing, and variance analysis.
  • Precision in tracking small financial discrepancies that impact profit margins.
  • Skill to investigate cost overruns and propose actionable solutions.


2. Officer – Taxation
Qualification: MBA – Finance from a reputable university
Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in tax preparation and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.) in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Ensure timely deposit of all applicable taxes and maintain proper documentation.
  • Assist in tax planning and implementation of strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Handle correspondence with tax authorities and respond to queries, notices, and audits.
  • Maintain accurate tax records, reconciliations, and schedules for internal and external audits.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate their impact to management.
  • Support internal teams with tax-related guidance to ensure proper withholding and compliance in transactions.
  • Assist in preparing management reports related to taxation for decision-making.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and legal advisors where necessary.
  • Identify potential risks in taxation processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of income tax, sales tax, withholding tax, and other relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Experience handling tax audits and interacting with tax authorities.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret tax laws and implement changes.



3. Project Coordinator – IT PMO
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or a PMO environment (SAP knowledge is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the IT PMO in tracking timelines, budget compliance, milestones, and deliverables across multiple IT projects.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain centralized PMO documentation, including project charters, status reports, change requests, and risk logs.
  • Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items to ensure consistent follow-up.
  • Assist project managers in identifying bottlenecks, monitoring KPIs, and preparing executive dashboards.
  • Help enforce governance standards, quality checks, and standardized processes across all IT initiatives.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of standard project management methodologies and PMO frameworks.
  • Strong ability to track project lifecycles, resource allocation, and key deliverables.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, minute-taking, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello, Excel).


4. Accounts Officer
Qualification: MBA – Finance from a reputable university
Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven accounting experience, explicitly focusing on fixed assets or capital projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Capital Work-in-Progress (CWIP) accounts, timely capitalize completed projects into Fixed Assets and ensure proper coding.
  • Update and maintain the company’s comprehensive Fixed Asset Register, executing depreciation runs according to local tax depreciation laws and corporate policies.
  • Conduct periodic physical verifications of plants, property, and equipment (PPE) across local company sites and assign barcode tags.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations between the sub-ledgers (Fixed Assets module) and the General Ledger.
  • Prepare periodic CAPEX variance reports for management and provide audit documentation for fixed assets.
  • Review and process CAPEX-related vendor invoices, purchase orders, and milestone payments.
  • Calculate and post monthly/yearly depreciation and amortization schedules for fixed assets.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in handling the entire asset lifecycle from Capital Work-in-Progress to capitalization, depreciation, and final disposal.
  • Proven capability to reconcile complex Fixed Asset Registers with the General Ledger and prepare clean audit schedules for external auditors.
