Ismail Industries Limited, one of Pakistan’s leading confectionery and food manufacturing companies behind iconic brands including CandyLand, Bisconni, and SnackCity, is seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support digital marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive effective execution across channels for its Plastic Division.

Marketing Executive – Plastic Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across online platforms while monitoring performance and preparing analytical reports with actionable insights.
• Manage website content, operations, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and performance to enhance online visibility and user experience.
• Develop creative assets including graphics, branding materials, social media content, and marketing collateral while ensuring consistency across digital and print channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects within timelines and ensure effective execution.
• Prepare and manage marketing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and graphic design tools, with a good understanding of website content management and SEO.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and Canva AI.
• Strong creative, analytical, and digital problem-solving capabilities.
