Rabia Basri Promoted to Specialist – Compounding Services at The Indus Hospital

RPh. Rabia Basri (Pharm D, MBA) has achieved a significant career milestone with her promotion to Specialist – Compounding Services at The Indus Hospital. With 𝟴 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of hospital pharmacy experience, she brings strong expertise in compounding services, medication management, quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to this role, Rabia served as Senior Pharmacist at The Indus Hospital, where she contributed to sterile and non-sterile compounding operations, quality assurance, process improvement, and pharmacy governance. Her earlier experience at Tabba Heart Institute and Liaquat National Hospital and Medical College further strengthened her expertise in clinical pharmacy, medication safety, and patient-centered care.

Holding a PharmD from the Karachi University and an Executive MBA from the Institute of Business Management, Rabia combines clinical expertise with strategic and operational leadership.
