1. Sr. Manager – Sourcing

Education:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Sourcing & Vendor Management.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager – Sourcing to oversee and strengthen sourcing operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, enhancing supplier relationships, optimizing costs, ensuring product availability, and improving supply chain performance. The role requires close collaboration with Merchandising, Planning, Product Development, and Operations teams to align sourcing activities with business objectives while maintaining quality, compliance, and timely deliveries. The incumbent will play a key role in vendor development, risk mitigation, process improvement, and driving sourcing efficiency to support the organization’s growth and operational excellence.

2. Data & Loyalty Specialist

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2 – 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, CRM, Loyalty Programs, Customer Insights, or Retail Analytics.

Position Overview:
The Data & Loyalty Specialist is responsible for managing and analyzing customer and loyalty program data to generate actionable insights that enhance customer retention, engagement, and business performance. The role involves monitoring loyalty program KPIs, analyzing customer behavior and purchase trends, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting data-driven marketing and retention initiatives. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, optimize loyalty campaigns, and drive the growth and effectiveness of the loyalty program.

3. Specialist – Alliances & Brand Development

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

Experience:

• 4 – 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.

Position Overview:
The Specialist – Alliances & Brand Development is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and brand alliances that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. The role involves coordinating with external partners, negotiating collaboration opportunities, executing co-branding initiatives, and supporting brand development activities to strengthen the company’s market presence and customer reach.

4. Architect Designer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

Experience:

• 6–7 Years of relevant experience in Architectural Design & Project Execution.

Position Overview:
The Architect Designer will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating retail and commercial development projects from concept to execution. The role involves preparing architectural designs, working drawings, BOQs, and project documentation while ensuring compliance with design standards, budgets, and timelines. The incumbent will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, manage project billing and progress tracking through Microsoft Dynamics AX, conduct site inspections, and provide technical support to ensure the successful execution and completion of projects.
