Assistant Manager I/II – Maintenance
Department: Maintenance
Qualification: B.E. – Electronics / Mechatronics
Experience: 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities for plant machinery, equipment, and utilities.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability while minimizing breakdowns and production downtime.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for equipment-related issues.
• Coordinate with Production teams for timely resolution of maintenance concerns.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs including equipment availability, breakdown hours, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Supervise maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing, repairs, and technical support.
