Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, or Personal Care Manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end production of personal care products ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
- Lead and manage production teams to achieve output, quality, and cost objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Engineering for seamless production operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost optimization and operational excellence.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and conduct regular safety audits and training.
