Abdul Kabeer has been appointed as Unit Head – Transformation at UBL – United Bank Limited, taking on a key leadership role in driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

With over 12 years of progressive experience in retail and consumer banking, Abdul brings deep expertise in customer experience, digital transformation, and process reengineering. Prior to joining UBL – United Bank Limited, he held multiple leadership roles at HBL, including Head Customer Experience – Design & Journey and Senior Manager Enterprise Process Transformation, where he led customer journey redesign, digital enablement, and large-scale change management programs.

Earlier in his career, he spent nearly 9 years at Standard Chartered, contributing to strategic transformation, digital migration, business performance management, and sales planning initiatives. His strong background spans customer journeys, portfolio performance, incentive design, and technology-driven process optimization.

Abdul holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA from Iqra University (Official), providing a strong academic foundation to support his transformation-focused leadership approach.
