Abdul Sami Appointed as Human Resources Officer at Kaizen Pharmaceuticals

Abdul Sami has been appointed as Human Resources Officer at Kaizen Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd., marking a significant step in his professional journey within the human resources domain.

Prior to this role, Abdul gained valuable HR experience at Hilton Pharma Limited, where he served as a Management Trainee in Human Resources. During his tenure, he supported key HR operations including employee lifecycle documentation, recruitment processes, HR correspondence, and final settlement procedures while working extensively with SAP SuccessFactors.

He also played a key role in a company wide HR Digitalization and E Filing Project, contributing to the digitization of employee records and improving the efficiency of HR documentation and data management systems.

Abdul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Iqra University (Official), where he developed a strong foundation in people management, analytical thinking, and HR operations.

In his new role at Kaizen Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd., he will continue contributing to HR operations, employee support, and organizational processes that strengthen workplace efficiency and people centric practices.
