Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Development

1- Build and lead a high-performance sales and marketing team.

2- Establish strong performance metrics and growth-driven culture.

3- Mentor and develop the next generation of commercial leaders.


Strategic Business Growth

1- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.

2- Identify new business opportunities across key industrial sectors.

3- Expand market presence in regional and international markets.


Strategic Partnerships

1- Build strong relationships with key industrial stakeholders and clients.

2- Lead negotiations for large-scale engineering and turnkey projects.

3- Strengthen collaborations with international technology partners.


Market Intelligence & Collaboration

1- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

2- Work closely with Engineering, Projects, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless project execution.


Executive Reporting

1- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.


Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

1- Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics or Mechanical) – Required

2- MBA in Marketing – Highly desirable (significant differentiator)


Experience:

1- Minimum 20+ years of distinguished experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership.

2- Experience in process engineering, industrial solutions, or turnkey project environments.

3- Industry Exposure (Highly Desirable):

4- Food & Beverage

5- Dairy Processing

6- Pharmaceuticals

7- Industrial Refrigeration

8- Lab & Industrial Solutions

9- IT & Telecom

10- Medical Diagnostics

11- International Exposure:

12- Experience working with Middle East, North Africa, or regional markets.

13- Strong ability to operate in multicultural business environments.


Leadership Skills:

1- Proven track record of building and leading high-performance sales teams.

2- Strategic thinking and visionary leadership abilities.

3- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
