Engro Powergen Qadirpur CEO Adeel Qamar Resigns

Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited, a subsidiary of Engro Energy Limited, has announced the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer, Adeel Qamar.

He will continue in his role during the notice period, after which the Board of Directors will proceed with the appointment of a new CEO. The company acknowledged and appreciated his contributions during his tenure.

Adeel Qamar is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology. He began his professional journey at Engro Fertilizers in 2003 and later held senior leadership roles at Engro Polymer and Chemicals Limited.

EPQL operates a 217 MW combined-cycle gas-based power plant located in Qadirpur, Ghotki.
