Adil Rahman has been promoted to Executive Director at Medinostic Health Care (Pvt) Ltd, continuing his impactful journey of more than 14 years with the organization. His leadership has been instrumental in driving business growth, advancing healthcare solutions, and strengthening operational excellence.

Starting as Sales & Service Engineer in 2011, he spent over a decade building robust business strategies and expanding Medinostic’s market presence. As General Manager from 2023 to 2025, he led key transformations in healthcare management, positioning the company for sustained growth. His career began with Olympus M.M & Co., where he specialized in marketing, sales, and service of Olympus Medical Endoscopes, building strong foundations in medical technology.

With an MBA in Business and Marketing from the University of Karachi and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Sir Syed University, Adil brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership to the healthcare sector. His journey reflects dedication, innovation, and a commitment to advancing healthcare services in Pakistan.
