Aiman Shaikh has been promoted to Human Resources Manager at CREATICS – Information Technology Company, recognizing her dedication to talent development, organizational culture, and strategic HR leadership.

With a progressive career across leading firms, Aiman has grown from Senior HR Executive to Assistant Manager HR, and now HR Manager at CREATICS, where she drives HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. Alongside, she manages the complete HR function at Taurus Digitals, and leads Hiring Hands Consultancy as CEO, providing HR consulting and executive hiring solutions.

Previously, she served as Head of HR at E-Payments Solutions and Head of the English Department at The Grace Valley School, reflecting her diverse leadership experience.
