Aleem Haider has joined Mari Energies Limited as Senior Human Resources Advisor.

With over a decade of HR leadership experience, Aleem has developed deep expertise in HR policy, performance management, manpower planning, succession planning, and SAP-based HR transformations. His career at Pakistan Petroleum Limited spanned more than 11 years, where he played a pivotal role in driving major initiatives including SAP Success Factors implementation, employee self-service automation, and organizational development projects.

A graduate of Lahore University of Management Sciences with a degree in Economics, Aleem brings strong analytical and people-focused skills that have consistently added value to HR strategy and organizational growth.
