Anzila Khan Appointed as Assistant Manager – HR at Al Baraka Bank Pakistan

Anzila Khan has stepped into the role of Assistant Manager HR at Al Baraka Bank Pakistan Ltd., strengthening the bank’s human resources function with her growing expertise in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and people operations.

With prior experience at Bank AL Habib Limited and Information Technology Services, Anzila has developed a strong foundation across core HR functions, including graduate programs, board recruitment, and operational HR support. Her academic background in psychology, complemented by her ongoing MPhil in Organizational Psychology from the Institute of Business Management, enables her to bring a structured, analytical, and people focused perspective to HR practices.

In her new role, Anzila is positioned to contribute effectively to workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR process excellence, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives in a dynamic banking environment.
