Arsalan Aziz Appointed as Chief of SAM at U Microfinance Bank

Arsalan Aziz has taken on the role of Chief of SAM at U Microfinance Bank Limited, bringing deep leadership experience across collections, recoveries, special assets management, and portfolio stabilization. With a strong track record in corporate, consumer, and microfinance banking, he is recognized for driving turnaround strategies, strengthening governance, and restoring portfolio health in complex operating environments.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Head of Collections, Recoveries, Litigation, and Customer Experience at LOLC Microfinance Bank Limited, where he played a pivotal role in transforming a loss making institution into a profitable one through disciplined execution and strategic realignment. His earlier leadership at Telenor Microfinance Bank and TCS further highlights his expertise in large scale recoveries, provisioning control, GNPL reduction, and team transformation.
