Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile / Garment Manufacturing
10–15 years of relevant experience in denim cut-to-pack operations
Strong technical knowledge of sewing, workmanship, and process optimization
Role Overview:
Oversee technical execution from cutting to finishing, ensuring quality, productivity, and right-first-time production.
Implement process control and technical problem-solving.
Coordinate closely with production, IE, and quality teams to meet efficiency and delivery targets.
Drive continuous improvement in denim manufacturing processes.

Qualifications & Experience:
BBA/MBA in Supply Chain or relevant discipline
8–10 years of experience in procurement
Proficiency with Oracle-based ERP systems and MS Excel

Role Overview:
Lead fabric procurement operations, including demand planning, supplier management, and cost optimization.
Coordinate with merchandisers on projection-based planning and drive price negotiations.
Improve ERP processes and procurement dashboards.
Ensure on-time deliveries and maintain strict quality standards through NCR management.
Develop alternate suppliers and implement strategic local and global sourcing for cost savings.
