Asghar Karim, P. Geo. has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer at PUNJAB MINERAL COMPANY – PMC, bringing over 25 years of distinguished leadership experience across geosciences, mining, energy, and mineral development. A licensed Professional Geoscientist registered with APEGA, he is highly regarded for his strategic leadership, business development expertise, and value-driven resource management approach.

Before assuming this position, Asghar held senior leadership and advisory roles in both Pakistan and Canada. These include serving as General Manager Business Development and Marketing at Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation, Director Operations and Business Development at Cantex Geoservices, and Manager Operations and Business Development at Moh & Associates Oilfield Consultants. His diverse career spans oil and gas, metallic and industrial minerals, dimension stone, and gemstones, with hands-on experience in wellsite operations, exploration, production, and international market engagement.
