Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in health and safety management, preferably in the manufacturing or cement industry.

Key Responsibilities (Based on Industry Standards):

• Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards.
• Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training programs and emergency response drills.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with management to continuously improve safety performance.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Experience in hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in safety management systems and reporting tools.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant safety certifications will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and lead safety initiatives.
