Role Overview:
Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution to deliver customer value and business impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market insights, and prioritize features for successful product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities (Based on Industry Standards):
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, regulatory, and R&D teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
- Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and recommend strategic interventions.
- Manage product positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive product innovation and portfolio optimization.
Education & Skills:
Education:
- Pharm-D & MBA (Marketing) – required.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
