We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic, ethical, and target-driven professionals to join us as Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) and Area Sales Managers (ASMs) across multiple cities in Pakistan.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking professionals who:

Deliver consistent results and achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.

Make data-backed decisions using sales analytics and Excel.

Demonstrate high energy, ethics, and a target-driven mindset.

Have a proven track record in FMCG sales (preferred).



Key Responsibilities:

Manage and drive sales operations within assigned territory/area.

Achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.

Develop and maintain strong distributor and retailer networks.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

Prepare and present sales reports and performance analysis.

Lead, motivate, and develop sales teams to ensure high performance.



Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven FMCG sales experience (relevant to position level).

Proficiency in MS Excel and sales data analysis.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Leadership abilities and results-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel within assigned region.
