Dr Fakhara Rizwan Appointed as Chief Strategic Initiatives & Corporate Affairs at Mobilink Bank

Dr Fakhara Rizwan has taken on the role of Chief Strategic Initiatives & Corporate Affairs at Mobilink Bank, bringing a distinguished profile in corporate governance, legal strategy, and institutional transformation.

With a PhD in Corporate Laws and extensive experience across governance, ESG, and regulatory frameworks, she has played a pivotal role in shaping high impact institutional strategies. Prior to this, she served at Pakistan Stock Exchange as Company Secretary and Chief Governance, Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer, where she led governance reforms, strengthened board effectiveness, and drove strategic policy transformation. She also held additional responsibility as Acting Head of HR, leading cultural and policy evolution within the organization.

Beyond her executive role, she continues to contribute as a Non Executive Director at the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance, advocating best practices in transparency, accountability, and sustainable governance.

In her new role, Dr Fakhara will lead strategic initiatives and corporate affairs, reinforcing governance excellence and driving long-term institutional growth.
