Dr. Shibly Shakeel has taken on the role of Value Stream Lead – Non Penicillin at GSK.

With over a decade of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, Dr. Shibly Shakeel has led operations across sterile, oral solid, and liquid dosage forms, ensuring excellence in quality, compliance, and production efficiency.

Before joining GSK, he held key leadership roles at Reckitt and Sanofi, where he managed large-scale production portfolios, optimized plant performance, and implemented strategic initiatives to enhance process reliability and regulatory compliance. His expertise spans aseptic filling, deviation management, and continuous improvement practices.

A Pharm-D Gold Medalist from the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology, Islamabad., Science & Technology, and holder of an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management from Dow University of Health Sciences, Dr. Shibly continues to demonstrate impactful leadership in pharmaceutical production, quality systems, and operational excellence.
