Farjad Baig has embarked on a new chapter as Manager Business Development – International Business (Food Products) at Hamdard Pakistan, marking a significant milestone in his global commercial leadership journey.

With over 7 years of experience across international trade, B2B sales, and natural health products, Farjad brings a strong blend of business strategy and market execution. In his current role, he leads global expansion initiatives for Hamdard’s food portfolio, managing international distributors, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting product innovation tailored to diverse global markets.

Previously, Farjad served as Deputy Manager Business Development at Herbion and Assistant Manager – International Marketing (Plant Extracts) at Herbion International, where he delivered record-breaking extract sales, launched 24+ new SKUs, and expanded the company’s footprint across multiple international markets. His expertise spans product development, market entry strategy, GTM execution, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, QA, and Regulatory Affairs teams.

Farjad began his career in R&D and Production at Medics Laboratories (Pvt.) Ltd., gaining strong technical exposure before transitioning into commercial leadership. Academically, he holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Eastern Medicine & Surgery from Hamdard University, equipping him with a unique combination of scientific insight and business acumen.
