Farrukh Ali Khan has joined UBL – United Bank Limited as a Capability Coach, bringing extensive expertise in Islamic banking, learning, and leadership development.

With over a decade of experience in banking and training, he has held key roles including Manager Learning & Development at Bank Alfalah, Manager Training & Development at BankIslami, and HR Islamic Specialist at Faysal Bank. Additionally, his work as a visiting trainer at the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBF) has shaped the capabilities of countless banking professionals.

Farrukh holds an MSc in Islamic Banking from International Islamic University, Islamabad, and is a Certified Islamic Banking Facilitator from CIE Darul Uloom Karachi. His appointment reflects a commitment to driving employee growth, operational excellence, and advanced banking expertise at UBL.
