1. Process Engineer – Ammonia
Company: Fatima Fertilizer
Location: FFL Plant Site, Sadiqabad
Last Date to Apply: 22nd February 2026
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in ammonia, fertilizer, or petrochemical plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor plant performance and analyze operating data against KPIs and SOPs.
- Identify process deviations, efficiency losses, and optimization opportunities.
- Perform troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and energy optimization studies.
- Support process safety activities including MOC, HAZOP, and PSSR.
- Support catalyst monitoring, changeovers, and performance evaluation.
- Provide process engineering support for plant modifications, startups, shutdowns, and minor CAPEX projects.

2. Shift Operations Engineer – Ammonia
Company: Fatima Fertilizer
Location: FFL Plant Site, Sadiqabad

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in ammonia, fertilizer, or petrochemical plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shift operations of ammonia unit and ensure safe plant operation in accordance with SOPs, IMS, and permit to work systems.
- Monitor, control, and optimize process parameters from DCS or field.
- Coordinate start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities.
- Issue work permits and ensure safe job execution in the field.
- Respond to process upsets, trips, and emergencies with immediate corrective actions.
- Review logbooks, lab analysis, and operating data to generate actions.
- Conduct regular field rounds to identify abnormalities, equipment issues, and safety hazards.
