Salary: PKR 35,000 – PKR 50,000 + commission
About the Role
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue through freelance platforms by identifying high-quality leads, submitting winning proposals, and converting short-term projects into long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in selling digital services and understands how freelance marketplaces operate.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and shortlist high-value projects on Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Contra, Kwork, and 99designs
Write customized proposals aligned with client needs, budgets, and timelines
Respond promptly to high-priority job postings
Convert one-time projects into ongoing client engagements
Maintain platform ratings, reviews, and policy compliance
Track performance through weekly sales and revenue reports
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of proven sales experience on freelance platforms
Demonstrated success in winning projects, especially on Upwork
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience selling branding, web development, and design services
Ability to manage leads, negotiations, and follow-ups
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience selling branding services
Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and UI/UX design services
