Ghufran Muhammad khan has been promoted to Group Manager HR & OD – Central HR at Soorty Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.. With over 16 years of experience, he has consistently driven strategic HR initiatives, talent development, and organizational growth across diverse industries.

At Soorty Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., he previously served as Deputy Manager – Central HR, where he led large-scale restructuring, designed employee development programs, enhanced employer branding, and integrated HRIS systems to optimize operations.
