Available Positions:
- 1- National Sales Manager
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
Develop effective sales strategies nationwide and ensure timely implementation.
Create and develop programs for national sales and ensure their execution.
Ensure successful achievement of the company’s sales goals across all regions.
Maintain maximum sales volume while optimizing product mix and selling prices.
Monitor costs in relation to prevailing competition and adjust pricing if necessary.
Oversee company sales performance at regional levels.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Perform market research to identify new potential customers and opportunities.
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the sales team is informed.
Requirements:
10-15 years of experience in managing FMCG sales.
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Based in or willing to relocate to Karachi.

- 2- Regional Sales Manager
Locations: Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Sukkur
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned region.
Manage and appoint distributors to serve the market efficiently.
Manage distributors’ ROI as per company standards.
Actively contribute to planning and formulation of sales strategies.
Find gaps in market and deploy infrastructure strategically to cover them.
Ensure product availability through site evaluation and monitoring distributor field presence.
Conduct field visits for compliance with work plans and back-check team performance.
Conduct market surveys to evaluate the impact of sales and marketing strategies.
Actively contribute to planning and formulation of sales strategies.
Manage recovery of liabilities payable by GT Distributors/LMT/MT on time, in accordance with Finance Department guidelines.
Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in managing FMCG sales.
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Based in or willing to relocate to one of the specified locations.
