Hadiqa Bukhari has stepped into the role of Human Resources Manager at PureLogics, bringing a strong blend of strategic HR leadership, operational excellence, and industry influence. With an M.Phil in Organizational Behavior, she has consistently delivered impactful HR solutions across complex and multi-entity environments.

Her experience spans talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, and training and development, where she has transformed recruitment frameworks, strengthened policy structures, and enhanced employee engagement at scale. Prior to this, she served as Assistant Manager HR at vivo Pakistan, leading end to end HR and corporate operations while aligning local practices with global standards.

Beyond her corporate contributions, Hadiqa is a TEDx speaker, podcast host, and active industry collaborator, contributing to thought leadership and professional community building.
