Beginning his career in retail in 2012 with a matriculation qualification, Usman demonstrated early on that ambition and commitment outweigh limitations. Over the years, he steadily climbed the corporate ladder, serving as Stock Boy, Salesman, Computer Operator, and Store Manager for four years. His performance, operational insight, and leadership capabilities led to his promotion as Area Sales Manager at Unze London, where from 2021 to January 2026 he played a pivotal role in strengthening sales performance and streamlining operations.
