Job Requirements:

BBA/MBA or equivalent
Fresh to 1 year of experience in FMCG

Job Responsibilities:

1- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product availability, market share, and volume growth.
2- Supervise Order Bookers to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
3- Identify and execute marketing opportunities within outlets, fostering in-store branding to attract customer attention.
4- Ensure optimal stock levels for each SKU in line with the company’s Stock Cover Days policy.
5- Coach Order Bookers on stock management and merchandising on shelves, racks, and coolers.
6- Conduct regular market visits to monitor Order Bookers’ performance and identify development opportunities.
7- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
8- Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
9- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation for analysis.
