- Sr. Executive Purchase – P2
Job Specifications:
Education: BBA/MBA in Supply Chain
Experience: 4 to 6 years, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Skills: Strong market knowledge, negotiation, and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities:
Review purchase demands, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and issue POs in SAP.
Manage indirect and project purchases, vendor coordination, and timely deliveries.
Coordinate with Finance and Inventory for GRN, invoicing, payments, and records.
Ensure documentation control, ISO compliance, and reporting to the department head.
- Sr. Factory Operations Executive – P2
Job Specifications:
Education: BBA/MBA / B. Com
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Skills: Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools
Key Responsibilities:
Design and prepare the annual manufacturing budget.
Budget controlling, monitoring, and variance analysis.
Manpower handling, including maintaining employee records and coordination.
Plant asset management, tracking, and utilization optimization.
Support operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency and cost control.
- Quality Engineers – P2
Job Specifications:
Education: BSc. Engineering
Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect parts, semi-finished, and finished products as per approved standards and work instructions.
Ensure first-sample approval, trained manpower deployment, updated ECN tools, and calibrated inspection tools.
Monitor rejection/rework trends, submit reports, and coordinate with process owners and suppliers for timely resolution.
Participate in FG/BRD audits, implement MOC and market feedback, and support continuous improvement tasks.
- Sr. Technicians – Quality – S3
Job Specifications:
Education: B.Sc. Engineering
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with approved quality standards, drawings, tools, dies, molds, and jigs on the Cabinet Line.
Perform 100% in-process inspection, including first-sample verification and mold/jig cleanliness checks.
Identify, record, and report station-wise rejections, reworks, and abnormalities daily.
Confirm daily inspection reports submission and conduct two FG audits per shift.
