Harish Kumar (CHRP) has been appointed as HR Officer (HR Business Management Group), OG-II, at the National Bank of Pakistan, marking a notable step forward in his professional journey within the banking sector.

With over 6 years of specialized experience in HR operations at Habib Bank Limited, Harish has developed strong expertise in employee data management, HRIS platforms including Oracle and HCM Cloud, compliance, and process optimization. Earlier in his career, he served as Executive Officer in the Medical Department at K-Electric, where he gained valuable exposure to administrative coordination, policy implementation, and cross-functional support within a large corporate environment. This combination of healthcare administration and banking HR experience has shaped his well-rounded understanding of organizational operations.

A Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and a Bachelor of Commerce graduate, Harish blends formal qualifications with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR functions. In his new role at NBP’s Head Office, he will support strategic HR initiatives within the HR Business Management Group and contribute to strengthening people processes and organizational effectiveness.
