Hermeen Shahid Joins as People & Culture Lead at COLABS

Hermeen Shahid has joined COLABS as the People & Culture Lead, where she is driving the company’s people strategy through recruitment, engagement, employer branding, and learning & development initiatives.

Hermeen brings diverse experience across tech, logistics, media, and hospitality sectors. Before joining COLABS, she served at Tkxel for over 2 years, progressing from People Experience Specialist to HR Business Partner, where she led engagement for 800+ employees, streamlined onboarding, and implemented data-driven performance management systems.

Her professional journey also includes impactful roles at Swyft Logistics, where she strengthened HR operations and onboarding frameworks, and at Journal Post Group, where she worked in product management, licensing, and content development, combining creativity with strategic execution.

A graduate of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) with a degree in Political Science, Hermeen blends analytical thinking with people-centered leadership to build inclusive and high-performing work cultures.
