Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

4–6 years of relevant experience in FMCG, preferably in food manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Scheduling

Support creation of detailed project plans and identify task dependencies.

Maintain integrity of project schedules using tools like MS Project or Excel.

2. Productivity & Cost Reduction

Analyze improvement areas and initiate cost reduction plans.

Drive efficiency across project operations.

3. Risk and Issue Management

Identify potential bottlenecks and document mitigation strategies.

Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies) to prevent project derailment.

4. Governance & Compliance

Ensure all documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests, meets internal audit standards.

5. Stakeholder Liaison

Act as a primary communication hub between internal technical teams, external vendors, and clients.

6. Process Improvement and Optimization

Identify bottlenecks and lead improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce waste.

Utilize methodologies like Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement.

Develop, track, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Operations.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in project management software (MS Project) and data visualization tools.

Advanced MS Office skills.

Strong knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
