This role will support corporate legal operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage legal matters across the organization. Qualification & Experience:

• Education: LLB or LLM from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a corporate environment.
• Preferred: Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Manage Intellectual Property (IP) matters including registrations and protection.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Handle filing of SECP forms and provide assistance to the Company Secretary.
• Conduct legal research and provide advisory support to internal stakeholders.
• Manage litigation matters and assist in dispute resolution processes.
• Liaise with external legal counsels and coordinate with internal departments.
• Monitor legal risks and provide proactive recommendations.
• Maintain legal documentation and ensure audit readiness.
