Ibrahim Fibres Limited (IFL), the largest producer of Polyester Staple Fibre in Pakistan and a leading textile manufacturing company in the country, is seeking qualified and experienced engineering professionals to join our team. Our business group is diversified in finance and owns one of the oldest and largest banks in the country, ABL. We are currently hiring for key roles in Electrical Engineering and Civil Engineering at our plant sites near Faisalabad.


Available Positions

1. Electrical Engineer

Position Title: Deputy Manager / Sr. Deputy Manager / Manager (based on experience)
Location: Plant Site (Shahkot, Faisalabad)
Last Date to Apply: 7th May 2026


Qualification & Experience:

• MSc / BSc / BS in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering in industrial manufacturing companies.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

• Design, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems.
• Plan, execute, and manage electrical projects, including installation, commissioning, and testing.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and technical specifications.
• Lead and mentor teams, providing guidance for technical problem-solving and performance optimization.

2. Manager Civil

Location: Faisalabad & Plant Sites (Shahkot)
Last Date to Apply: 25th April 2026
Qualification & Experience:

• BSc / MSc in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution, registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in civil construction and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise civil works through multiple contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage greenfield and brownfield projects from planning to completion.
• Review project designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
