Iman Mustafa has been appointed as Senior Vice President – Head of BI & Self Service at UBL – United Bank Limited, marking a significant milestone in a distinguished career spanning nearly two decades in data, analytics, and enterprise architecture.

A seasoned data and analytics leader, Iman brings extensive experience in driving large scale transformation initiatives across telecom, banking, and development sectors. Prior to this, she served as Sr. Managing Consultant – Data Analytics at Systems Limited, leading strategic transformation programs across the Middle East, and as Director Analytics Enablement at Jazz, where she modernized enterprise data ecosystems and enabled data driven decision making at scale.

Her expertise spans enterprise data architecture, BI modernization, cloud transformation, and advanced analytics, with a proven track record of delivering high impact results, including multimillion dollar savings, scalable data platforms, and AI driven insights. Known for bridging business strategy with technology, she has successfully led cross functional teams and built high performance analytics capabilities across organizations.

In her new role, Iman will lead UBL’s BI and self service analytics strategy, focusing on building scalable data platforms, enhancing governance frameworks, and empowering data driven decision making across the enterprise.
