This role will support the development of actionable consumer and market insights that drive brand strategy and business growth. Executive – Consumer & Market Insights
Key Responsibilities:
Research Design & Execution:
- 1- Support the design and execution of quantitative and qualitative research studies.
- 2- Coordinate study design, questionnaire development, and fieldwork tracking with external research agencies.
Data Analysis & Insights Generation:
- 1- Analyze data from multiple sources including sales data, household panels, brand health trackers, and market research studies to generate actionable insights.
- 2- Translate research findings and raw data into clear insights and compelling presentations highlighting key business implications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- 1- Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams to understand business questions.
- 2- Support innovation projects through multiple research initiatives while identifying white spaces and growth opportunities.
Market Intelligence:
- 1- Track category trends, competitor activity, and evolving consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- 2- Maintain a repository of past research and insights to support knowledge sharing and consumer-first thinking across the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in consumer and market insights, within a market research agency or the FMCG sector.
Technical Skills:
- 1- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights.
- 2- Exposure to consumer behavior and ability to translate data into meaningful consumer stories.
- 3- Basic understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- 4- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (exposure to SPSS, Nielsen, or Kantar is preferred).
Soft Skills:
- 1- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- 2- Attention to detail and curiosity about consumer behavior.
- 3- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- 4- Proactive and self-motivated learner.
