Zonal Sales Manager
Location: Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and coach the sales team within the assigned territory.
- Set realistic sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Meet distributors and share plans to improve return on investment (ROI).
- Travel within the assigned sales area to engage existing and potential customers and enhance brand presence.
- Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
- Implement a structured sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven sales experience; sector-specific FMCG sales experience is preferred.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to inspire teams through a positive and performance-driven mindset.
