Khurram Ishtiaq has taken on a key leadership role as SVP – Head Mobile App & Digital Payments Eco System at Askari Bank, further strengthening the bank’s digital innovation and payment transformation

With over 12 years of experience across the banking and fintech landscape, Khurram has led major digital product initiatives in cards, QR, mobile banking, and payment ecosystems. In his previous role at easypaisa digital bank, he spearheaded projects such as VISA and UnionPay debit cards, QR payment infrastructure, mini apps, and cross-border QR integrations with Alipay, driving digital adoption nationwide.

His leadership at MCB Islamic Bank Ltd., Allied Bank Limited, and MCB Bank Limited helped launch and scale multiple digital products, loyalty programs, and e-commerce payment solutions, contributing to Pakistan’s evolving digital finance landscape.
