Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) preferred

MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage

Experience

3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience

Prior experience in marketing within the Animal Health or Veterinary industry is required

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategy, product roadmap, and annual marketing plans

Conduct market intelligence and research, including farmer and veterinarian insights

Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics

Plan and manage product launches, promotional campaigns, seminars, and field activities

Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, QA/QC, and Manufacturing teams

Ensure product availability, regulatory compliance, and quality standards

Support business growth through effective product lifecycle management

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Analytical mindset with strong planning and execution capabilities
