M. Junaid Khalid Appointed as Company Secretary at Pakistan Stock Exchange

Pakistan Stock Exchange – PSX has announced the appointment of Junaid K. as its new Company Secretary, following the departure of Dr Fakhara Rizwan from the role.

In a notification dated February 2, 2026, the Exchange informed the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and its Chief Regulatory Officer that Dr. Rizwan stepped down from her responsibilities as Company Secretary and Chief Governance and Corporate Affairs Officer at the close of business on the same day.

Muhammad Junaid Khalid has assumed the position with immediate effect, marking a transition in the Exchange’s senior governance and compliance leadership.
