M. Umer Aleem Appointed as Project Manager Operations at Bore and Bore Pvt Ltd

Muhammad Umer Aleem has been appointed as Project Manager Operations at Bore and Bore, marking a significant advancement in his accomplished civil and structural engineering career.

With over 15 years of diversified experience across oil and gas, LNG terminals, grids and transmission lines, marine works, dredging, and heavy industrial projects, Umer brings deep technical expertise combined with strong project execution leadership. In his new role, he oversees operational coordination, engineering management, resource planning, and project delivery, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Prior to this appointment, he served for nearly 8 years at Bahria Foundation as Manager Civil and Marine Structure, where he led marine infrastructure and dredging projects, supervised multidisciplinary teams, managed tender documentation, evaluated contractors, and ensured strict adherence to QHSE requirements in high risk marine operations.

Earlier in his career, he held senior engineering roles at OMS Private Limited, Descon Integrated Projects Limited, and Tuwairqi Steel Mills Limited, specializing in structural design review, FEED studies, machine foundation design, retrofitting solutions, substation and renewable energy infrastructure projects.

A Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Umer combines advanced analytical capability with practical site leadership, positioning him as a key contributor to complex infrastructure and energy projects.
