Maliha Mansoor Joins as Regional Employee Relations Manager, AMA at GSK

Maliha Mansoor has embarked on a new professional journey as Regional Employee Relations Manager, AMA at GSK, where she will lead initiatives focused on workplace relations, compliance, and employee well-being across the region.

With over 7 years of progressive experience in legal affairs, employee relations, and industrial relations, Maliha brings a balanced blend of legal acumen and people-centric leadership. During her tenure at The Citizens Foundation, she played a key role in policy development, conflict management, and organizational culture enhancement. Her earlier roles at Graana.com, TMUC Pakistan, and 1LINK further strengthened her expertise in corporate affairs and employment law.

A University of London LLB graduate and a Diploma holder in Industrial Relations and Labor Law from the Pakistan Institute of Management, Maliha is committed to advancing fair and inclusive workplace practices that align with organizational goals.
