Prior to joining Mondelēz International, Mamoon served as CEO Pakistan at Lipton Teas and Infusions and held senior regional leadership roles at Flora Food Group and DKSH, where he led large scale commercial transformations across ASEAN, ANZ, and Asia Pacific markets. His career foundation was shaped at PepsiCo, where he held multiple leadership roles spanning Pakistan, Afghanistan, Middle East, North Africa, and Asia Pacific, managing complex P&Ls, market entry strategies, and high-performing sales organizations across food and beverage portfolios.
